The Beer Garden

The Beer Garden

i encourage you all to join me for some casual drinking, social lubrication and light laughter right here in the beer garden.

Oh and before anyone gets up in arms about alcohol and its dangers the main beer on tap is VB or virtual beer

beer is the third most commonly consumed drink in the world behind water and tea

why not share the worlds joy with friends

Re: The Beer Garden

Morning and thank you for tip, heh,he @BlueBells..I did a quick search but I'm guessing the stout has wheat in it? I'm gluten intolerant, so I think I'd have to luck out there. I've started a tablet from supermarket, it's low dose but I'll see if it helps. I think I just miss a real lot of sleep. I never get sleep ins, or catch up anymore, so I think chronic sleep deprivation for years now does not help but maybe I want sleep due to iron issue. I think its other underlying..sorry being hassled now. Never have a few moments to think!!

Re: The Beer Garden

hi @Former-Member apparently gluten in alcoholic drinks doesn't count, but it's likely barley in stout

Hi 👋😊 @TAB, I was getting to reply...really on gluten in alcohol? I've tried gf beer it's terrible, but I still drank it!
I've also had rice beer, recommendation from a guy doing Chinese med. It was pretty nice, but hard to find.
How are you pulling up after a week of work? Did sleep get better you think?
Oh Yeh, American Psycho...pretty interesting take on delusions, & obsessive thought, control etc...scary!

Re: The Beer Garden

Hopefully after your first day, anxiety settles back in its place @TAB.
Sometimes i take on my anxiety like its some other force and I'm challenging it back.
Maybe it draws my mind away.
Actually just recall my dream...I was talking to another mum who mentioned dissociation!
In my dream I was thinking Yeh no :pile_of_poo:, let it be common place and it's does! Lol

..yeah, it'll be fine, been there, done that, had been avoiding going in there re old work, but its different if they are employing me I guess @Former-Member yeah, sometimes I do the 'what's the worst that could happen' or ask self what someone else would do in same situation ..it just clicks in, and well I have to go there now anyway lol

Re: The Beer Garden

Morning @Former-Member,
Sorry you have been fighting harder this week.
Did you have your daughters graduation yet?
I hope today is softer & kinder to you.
And you can get a calming walk by beach in, minus the maggie crew! 😊❤
