Hmm! I should have a break off here more often. I do tend to spend too much time on here. It is a good distraction from life, that's for sure.

well that's all relative @Lostboy .. why sad on birthday? I have had some weird ones seeming lifetimes ago, re birthdays .. getting put in jail etc cos of 'birthday mood' lol ..still wasn't sad

Sometimes mine are sad. Because I don't see my family anymore. This year it was ok.
Yes, pilates is a life saver, when it comes to pain @Arjay. I have to do it every night.

Haha @TAB, yes it is all relative, and subjective, for me I'm somewhere well past too alone. I also may feel sadness a little more than the average person I think.
