I made TAFE 5 min late which was amazing that I made it at all. Meds knocked me out more than anticipated and struggled to get up and all day with brain but feeling much calmer which is awesome. Haven't been strung out today and am just plodding along very slowly. Saw doc before and she won't prescribe them for me grrr. She wants only psychiatrist to handle those prescriptions.
I hope you are feeling better soon. 💜😊

have found in past brain can still operate re courses even if not feeling right, somehow.. 'interface' can be a bit slower sometimes tho .. and yeah 'meese' had to have Coup de grace ..well dodgy old trap found in cupboard .. not here much longer, finally, well, just cant, dont hate myself quite that much ..and ..lots work coming up seems so will just have to 'tuff it out' re 'Things that were crook in Tullarook' lol .. not my thing, but sometimes no other option ..
