The Beer Garden

The Beer Garden

i encourage you all to join me for some casual drinking, social lubrication and light laughter right here in the beer garden.

Oh and before anyone gets up in arms about alcohol and its dangers the main beer on tap is VB or virtual beer

beer is the third most commonly consumed drink in the world behind water and tea

why not share the worlds joy with friends

@TAB. Do I dare to admit before Russell Morris I was listening to my Jon English double cd.
@Lostboy. That sounds a bit like the roller coaster ride called MI. I hope at the moment you are 'found'.

A lot of my fave music is from 60s and 70s @utopia ..I'm just picky that's all still like lots newer than that, but I dont forget the older stuff, yeah been told off by ex's for not liking latest ..whatever it is, yet, around same time, got big kudos from her daughter born around 1990 for other stuff haha who knows old trying to be young, young just liking what sounds good, which is what I do, dont care when it came from

Re: The Beer Garden

ooh .. well I guess you did @utopia .. used to be cool ..in 1973 lol .. I actually met him about 4 years ago . he and his band were in the next room at a once grand broken down motel/ band hall for want of better word .. partner/bete noir snuck in to see what she said was audience of 10, I didn't bother .. but got to watch her interactions which turned into confrontations between her and JE, band etc as they partied into night.. ghosts there for her assume .. was a strange time ..ended up driving her to airport in Sydney, put her on plane in wheelchair(?) .. and had a peaceful drive back to Adelaide via Hay etc on my own .. what a life

Re: The Beer Garden

@TAB. He was performing earlier this year a few towbs away. I so wanted to go abd see him. But no spare cash beung on workcover. Ithink it was then 2 or 3 months after that gig that he died.
I adore his music.
I'm a huge 70's fan & 80's - so long as it's not pop.
