Re: The Beer Garden
its dreadful the way people judge. I have been sober non smoking non any other type of drug for nearly 40 years .. but cause my bloods show up past use ... I still need to jump through extra hoops to get halfway decent medical care.
Each new doctor I have to do it again .. so the instability in medical system does effect me a lot. had to do it again yesterday ... hmmm .. I understand but it suks .... is this site turning me into a teenager again ... Ooooops.
Dont like beer .. always hated the smell & taste & culture ... but like that little brother made his own low alcohol brew. Thought that was a constructive adaptation.

Re: The Beer Garden
Hi @Former-Member. My daughter is 48 years old. My DIL has just been and advised me to email and put him properly in the picture re: this situation. I had originally begged him to support me over this. When he chose to take her word, even though she is way off, that's what hurt. The fact that he is so ready to condemn without question. He told me once before he would never judge me, that's the biggest load of bull**** ever. He's just sentenced me without proof. I've just done a week of jury and we were advised several times, if there's any doubt, then judgement must be 'not guilty' This guy would be hopeless on jury, he would convict regardless. I'm really ****** about this. Talk about miscarriage of justice.

Re: The Beer Garden
Mmm @pip...trust your inner strength ...you know your weaknesses, & sounds to me you are acknowledging your own mistakes...but we move forward from that. To me it's not love if someone is hiding things from you? I'd be pretty hurt. What about open honesty, like really is that the makings for a more authentic relationship? Have you known this guy long enough for him to really know you? To be siding with your daughter? Don't know that kind of doesn't ring right for me... I'd say confront them, have it out. You call the shots, keep calm voice. Firm but fair. Out in the open...I reckon ❤
