I wish there was an easy answer for you to feel better @Former-Member It can be very hard to be positive sometimes, that's for sure. Sending you hugs. 
I really hope that you can have more better days and less of the bad one's.

The one that attacked me the other day, attacked my ear a few times. It was awful, had a huge panic attack and had to get hubby to come and get me. He put my bike in the back of the car. I can laugh about it now though. I'm glad no one saw or heard me. I haven't been on my bike since. Waiting for the magpies to stop being so cranky. 
Sending you hugs @utopia Do you know what is making you feel so emotional? You don't have to say, if you'd rather not. Good that you can chat to your psychologist this week about it.

Gosh! 12 hour days, that's a super long day. Easy dinner when you get home, I guess. You won't feel like cooking after a 12 hour day.

Hi @Former-Member Good, you got through your first day at work. Not good that you have to study now though. You probably just feel like resting. I hope you don't have to study for too long. Hopefully you can have a reasonably early night.

I've been trying to relax today. Lots of washing as usual and chores. Had a big walk at the beach before it got too dark. Hoping to go to bed a bit earlier tonight. I haven't had a routine on the school holidays. Today school started back again, up early. eeek! I'm not a morning person.

Traffic, not my favourite, that's for sure @Former-Member Thankfully I found a different way to drive to school, it's alot quicker. Sometimes it can take 45 minutes to do a 5 to 10 minute trip to get to school, the old way. I couldn't believe it. The way I go now takes approx 10 to 15 minutes usually.
I really should go off here and do some things and try and get to bed before midnight.
