need to talk to anyone

Hi this is my first post i had anxiety for most of my life i have my ups and down i started taking large amounts of magics mushroom evey couple of days while i was depressed for a year which ended me trying to hurt myself while i was on mushrooms during that night i had premonitions of the future about my sister dying in a car accident on the way to see me after i tried killing myself in the future not this time and my father killing himself because of what happened and know it feels like its gonna happen even more i keep telling my self its not real but i keep having them more and more like nearly every day i keep seeing things and i dont know whats real anymore i dont feel doing anything stupid i just want to stop these visions im getting help going to a psychiatrist this wensday

Hello @mooncalf and welcome to the Sane forums.

I note that you posted some time ago, but yet to get a response. It happens sometimes, especially as members are busy through the weekend. It is not a reflection on you however, and I expect you will receive other replies soon.

What you described sounds awful and very frightening.

Its very good to hear that you are being proactive in your own self care, by booking an apt with your psychiatrist for Wednesday. I hope they are able to help you with resolving your current issues.

Please feel free to post on any other thread here that interests you. You will be made to feel very welcome and any input from you will be appreciated.

I do apologise for not being of any great assistance to you, but I just dont have any experience personally with what you're going through. Perhaps the @Former-Member on duty can offer something more useful?

I am so sorry to hear you are going through such a tough time at the moment. I am here if you ever want someone to talk to - there are so many lovely people in this forum that are great company in bad times. I do hope you get to see someone soon and get the help you deserve.
