@outlander I am sorry the helplines are being so unhelpful I often get the “try this one” from the helplines and it is infuriating and very disappointing I am really sorry they are not supporting you. Again only if you want to you can try and explain it to us but of course if that is too much right now I completely understand. Is there anything we could do that would be helpful?
