Hello again

Hello,

I’ve been here before and some might remember me. I have a tough time with isolating myself and then I seem to feel better and flood myself with people and then I get really unwell. It’s a viscous cycle and it filters through all my social interactions, including here. I closed my account some time ago and after a suicide attempt im December i came back, first with a new name as i didn’t know how to sign up again with the same, but it’s all sorted now.

I‘m not feeling great about my unreliable social skills, but at least you know now. Sorry.

yes @TAB, mr shaz had a fall and had to have an xray -- nothing broken but it could be a tendon and he has arthritis in there too x

@Shaz51 I hope he makes a good decision. Transitioning from work to retirement takes a bit of thought, but there are benefits and maybe you both can find some activity that keeps you active and is a bit of fun.
