I am doing a Body Detox thingy @Bunniekins For Christmas & New Year (combined).

It's my own invention (not some program).

So far successful, although unpleasant - have managed for over 1 week (so far).

The next step will be to Reduce my Caffeine (Coffee) intake - even though I'm too (so) dependent on it, to help with my chronic fatigue (Sleep Apnea & CPTSD fatigue).

Yep @TAB electrical storm here last night. When lightening shows up computer goes off in case it attracts it and I get zapped!!!!!!!! and computer dies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you keep New Year's Resolutions @Bunniekins

I don't bother making New Year's Resolutions anymore - because I never manage to keep (do) them.

So instead, I focus on making small changes (at Christmas & New Year) time - or I keep in mind things that I "Need to Work on" (or change).

I've had several "Works in progress" (small changes) started & Going on for the past week or so.
