Thanks @Shaz51 - its just going to be a busy month. I'm in the financial services and its peak season. Also I have a 1 on 1 with a new manager tomorrow and then next week a chinwag with another higher up manager so i've got to do some preparation. I'm lucky in that I thought the latter was this Friday, but, it's not till next week.

I feel like I've been bounced around a lot at work, its about the 4th manager in 3 months so theres been no stability. I thought the last guy was going to be my manager, apparantly not. It's out of my hands so theres no point in dwelling on it.

mowed 2 lawns , lunch

then and gp appt and a flu needle

doing some things for mum , now relaxing

I don't have to drive very far for work most days. I used to commute a lot more than I do now. I can also work from home which is very nice. The office I work out of is pretty quiet, ie no or very little interaction with other people.

I should say goodnight now as I'm packing up for the day 🙂

I've had 2 coffees so will now try to go for a hike in the hills. I had gelato and icecream on the weekend which was fun but it will be good to hike it off today.

Hi @BryanaCamp - Thanks for the positive feedback. I had a pretty good weekend, they alwyas seem to race by a bit too quickly for my liking though. Last year I used up most of my holidays and sickies so I am trying to get through without using up any more.

I hope you have a great hike. It's a good day for coffee here. Pretty wild and wooly weather around today. Some big seas are meant to be rolling in so I might head down to the beach and see if any of the surfers are having a go. It might be choppy and crap though with all the swirling winds. Might take a while to get home tonight as there was some local flooding already this morning.

I hope you are all safe and well. I'm pretty excited today as the Rugby league state of orgin is on. I'm a NSW supporter, but, mainly hope for a good game/contest. It was nice to get a win last year after such a long run of missing out.
