Christmas Loungeroom

Christmas Loungeroom

For all those who are both celebrating and avoiding Christmas this year the Chistmas Loungeroom is a place for us all to hang out. It is especially for those who will be alone throughout this Christmas period and as a place to come together and enjoy the company of others in what can be a difficult time for many.

Feel free to post your stories, images, grievances, etc. of this period and to leave messages for other members to help each other get through this time of year.

Christmas day can be extra hard for some so this is a place for us all to get together on the day and share it with other members.

Re: Christmas Loungeroom

Hope you had lots of water to drink too @Adge

I can imagine that the birds would be happy to have a shower

I have a bird bath and willy waytail calls out to tell me when there is no water -- sometimes the naughty bigger birds splash the water everywhere

Merry christmas @Bow !

@Judi9877 That sounds like a lovely festive way to spend the time, it's not too late at all to play christmas carols.

I am hours away from any shopping centres so sadly no, will not go this season. Oh well, saves me money I guess 😁

Stay cool everyone, it might be a very hot one for most of Aus.

Re: Christmas Loungeroom

Good morning @Bow @Zoe7 @TAB @Bunniekins @Rosemary4 @Adge @Shaz51 @MDT @Anastasia and all forumites here. Merry Christmas🎄!

I hope today is special for you no matter what you have planned for the day. Melbourne is about 20 degrees so no heatwave here luckily unlike what Perth is getting so it's perfect for chilling out. Take time out to do something special for yourself (I'm planning on starting on my knitted jumper that I got wool for as a Christmas present and listening to Christmas music on my iPhone Apple Music playlist).

Take care and stay safe!

Judi9877☺️🎄

Currently 28 here but a storm is brewing. Turkey and veg are all in the oven.

S1 has put a Christmas fireplace scene from YouTube on the tv screen which goes well with the air con.

Merry Christmas Forum!
