Neck pain other pain?

Does anyone get neck pain or other kinds of aches and pains?

Yes I get neck pain all the time and sometimes without explaination I just had a serious neck swelling and being unable to move it and I still dont quite know why

I think our necks often are strained when there is a lot of emotional distress
