I am feeling muddled in my uni assignments at the moment, and want to avoid it all ..... only way forward is to get in and take baby steps ..... it will unmuddle progressively if I do that .....

Head says, “yes !” ..... heart says, “don’t feel like it !”

...... and then the argument started ..... lol

Good that you’re resting today @TAB . Part of the value of staying in the moment is not overthinking it. Today is Sunday. Let Monday bring it’s own things into play ..... worry about them then.
