Hi there, I'm going to post this Youtube channel link here, as the content has helped me emmensely in the last year. Kris Godinez (the lady in the videos) is a registered American Therapist who specialises in recovery and healing from narcissistic abuse, child abuse and associated trauma. She is also a survivor herself, and she knows her stuff.

Thanks for that. @EternalFlame I listened to her for 10 mins and was impressed that she does know her stuff, but also is very clear and admits limits to her knowledge and will on refer ...
