Hi has anyone been so unmotivated with general stuff day to day. I really should be cleaning up, dishes need to be done and can't remember when I last vacuumed but I am so sick of doing this stuff and really can't be bothered with any of this, but then I hate myself for not doing it

Motivation is definitely a challenging area of life isn't it! There is actually a really great thread called daily goals, motivation and check in where members have been chatting about things they need to get done and generally cheering each other on when they don't have motivation. Maybe pop in there and you can support/get support on motivation too!

I have altered my standards. Used to keep a cleaner tighter ship, but have let it go and spend more time in the garden traipsing in leaves and twigs .... 
I share with a young adult male so it is not worth stressing him or me.
