Home alone

Hi all

I've been reading heaps of threads and posts and wanted to say how much I appreciate people sharing their experiences, it has helped me today, I am home alone for the weekend and just when I start becoming tempted into an old addiction I realise that my two support friends are on holidays as well 😬 So I started reading today trying to distract my brain and learn what others do in similar situations, anyway I'm feeling better tonight, temptations back down to manageable - anyway thanks

That's great to hear that the temptations have backed down @Surfbird. Sounds like your self care plan today has been working well. Keep on doing what works.
