Re: Re:rough time

Thanks @outlander that is very sweet of you. Your post really stood out to me as my close friend suffered from nightmares. I truely understand how terrifying they can be. I hope you overcome them and they get replaced with beautiful and pleasant dreams.

Re: Re:rough time

thanks @Leventia
yes, nightmares can be really awful. they seem to have a lasting effect even after youve woken up. fingers crossed it settles down soon.

How are you tonight?

Re: Re:rough time

I will cross my fingers for you as well @outlander. I'm quite good Ty and thanks for asking. Just slightly worn out as I had my young niece and nephew over tonight. Kids are so energetic, I get tired just by looking at them. How are you feeling tonight?

Re: Re:rough time

very well @outlander I tried it too and it didn't help me either. My pdoc put me on some meds for bipolar which helped my sleep and mood. But that came at the cost of nightmares and weird/abstract dreams.

I'm not too sure. I get nightmares, but I think I am lucid dreaming.

I don't want to say too much about my own experience because it may bring stuff up for you. Just to say I know how you feel though.

Have you ever raised it with your psych team?

Re: Re:rough time

@outlander if you ever find a way please don't forget to share it with me, lol. I have learnt the hard way that it's not very wise to feed them chocolate.

Re: Re:rough time

lol @Leventia
no chocolate after a certain time anyway. its all good you hype them up on sugar then you give them back!
