My truth

I am an alcoholic and I am severely depressed 😔

i cannot rely on family as they don’t know and don’t care anyway. My husband and daughter sense that there is something wrong but I admit it to them because I feel that I have failed them. Just telling you is s massive step for me and I don’t know what I am supposed to do next on this journey

@Nay69 some call partners a Mr or Mrs and their profile ... I call mine simply an ex or childrens father.

You have had a lot to deal with in your marriage, but finding irl supports rather than being on a toxic rollercoaster with or without drink is probably a good idea. The forums can only provide so much. Group process is only part of the healing journey.

I would not have called you sensitive, however I remember your first post and could always see your value in the forum, ye average male rude dude, salted with well aged qualities, honesty and dash of humour.

I had a fantastic day yesterday... my beautiful girl set out to achieve something she really wanted and she got it 👏👍❤️

She landed a leading role in a mini series on TV.

It made my whole year xoxo

That picture of the water is beautiful. I often think of my life with Bipolar 1 in terms of the waves on the ocean.
