Misunderstandings happen sometimes, as they do everywhere in life, but it’s clear from other posts that @TAB has had a difficult day as well ..... he will get you tags in the morning if he has already logged off tonight. Most people here are a bit sensitive, because that is the nature of mi situations too .....

You are both wanted and valued here ...... please stay and chat with me until you feel a bit better .....

@TAB has a great sense of humour and I am sure you will get on well once this moment has moved on.

There are so many many different interpersonal styles in real life and here on the forum.

You are not annoying.

Being open leaves us all in a vulnerable place.

I hope you reconsider. Maybe take time out, but not go altogether.

Tears often help clean our souls.

@TAB is his own special one of a kind.

We got on each others nerves at first, until we eventually understood where the other was coming from.

I think he thought I was too stuffy and conservative. Given some of my posts, that made sense but it was only ever a small part of my picture.

I agree @Nay69 ..... I think it is very good for you to be with us here right now, with everything you are going through, and offering to step away was @TAB trying to make room for you, thinking he had trodden in your toes ..... he will read your messages in the morning and understand, I’m sure ..... he is a gorgeous sensitive guy as well, and we are all here because we are going through a hard time, and for many of us, including you, that has been for a lifetime.

You will find that the forums are something like a big family ..... but we are not always happy, as it is in “real” families, and where misunderstandings occur, it’s important that we communicate and or take time out, but all pull together to make things work around here ......

Wipe away those tears when you are ready to ..... have you seen some of our threads under the Social Spaces topic heading ? We have threads about cats, dogs, birds, craft, art, recipes, gardening ...... all sorts ......
