Something’s not right

Irritable, sleepless, not tired, working too hard

Irritable, sleepless, not tired, working too hard

And cannot tolerate distress with probably a physical tolerance to medication making it impossible to sleep unassisted. Lining up 19 hours days, kids, nailing work, but starting to lose it: so irritable. Achieving well, working out, controlling most aspect of life. Medicated for bipolar after a serious mood crash. And yes admittedly years of mood swings and you d call that erratic behaviours with some traits of bipolar. I may be in denial. I was diagnosed once 26 years ago, and again 3 years ago. But somehow i tend to think it s wrong. Yet watching the clock and i am not going to sleep tonight and panicking about it. What to do??

Hey! Sounds like you’ve got this under control 🙂 You have Spotify or YouTube don’t you? Do a search for “sleeping music”. I find this helps to relax the old brain waves. Even with insomnia it only takes 10 mins to work.
