i'm not going to the appointment i'm going to go away to where there are no people it was meant to be today but i booked the wrong day by mistake now it is thursday

can you elaborate a little more on your comments please, when people use statements such as, they are going to go away, this can often mean they are thinking of suicide.

A trip can be good to distract and reframe. I hope it is good. I also hope you are physically well enough to travel, but I know that a lot can still be done when not 100%. Take care @Former-Member
