Hello,
i feel relaxed and I take my meds and eat ice cream, crisps and pizza all day long as I don’t really think it matters. Looked at the bar for ages yesterday sitting on the floor until I was cold, but didn’t feel like drinking. I think this is it, I’ve finally gone through the confusion.

I get you @TAB I don’t really know why I haven’t emptied it long time ago... I take a good try, habe no idea what I’m doing and then get over it for a while. Sometimes I throw a bottle after. The tequila was winking at me last night, oh Tequila it’s been such a long time and the little sombrero was still intact.

That was my approach. At the moment I have just one bottle of wine. I keep one on hand to remember. lol ... I never went near having a bar ... at home tho.
