Not really,they just check my levels,I'm on a drug they put me on when nothing else works

At the moment no... I have been on meds on and ocassionally off for quite a few years. This time around was due to another medical problem and after that I hit a major episode which is where I am at the moment now struggling and fighting within to try and start taking my meds again.

For most part they have kept my head above water, but when these major episodes occur I tend to self sabotage and think my meds are not working because of how bad things get.

I know deep down in my sane moments that my meds are needed, but the battle within tends to win out.

So this time around I got quite bad and my Dr put me on suicide watch then fast tracked a new mental health care plan and got me an urgent/emergency psychologist appointment.

In the past I have refused all kinds of help from this field but my GP wouldn't take no for an answer this time around.
