New on here

Hi, im new on here. Been struggling with depression, anxiety and alcohol addiction. Feel like crap at the moment and definately feeling like im not going to cope with the family coming over tomorrow.

@outlander yeh i spoke with a few of the teachers and told them i had a history of anxiety and depression as well as alcohol addiction. Feel incredibly embarrassed about mentioning it to them....but they were supportive. Im seeing a drug and alcohol counsellor in a few weeks. Im a nervous wreck at the moment.
