I don't care about my MH anymore

I just don't care about it now.

IT's been 6 years and I'm thinking off all the stuff I've missed out on and I dunno what I'm meant to do with my life now.

It's a big joke. What a waste

Glad to hear that you have someone to talk to IRL @MDT@ it's important to raise issues with someone

I have a psychologist I see and see really helps me.

I haven't seen him a while so that will help I think. I find leaving longer gaps can help.

It means that I don't become too reliant on the appointments as a way of coping @Lilyq
