Does anyone have dreams that are very unsettling?
Last night I had a horrible dream of being in the middle of an earthquake. It shook everything and I was right in it. It was a really scary dream. Things were thrown everywhere.
I googled the meaning this morning snd the meaning is terrible. Life changes, job loss, death of family member.
Something horrible is going to happen.
Now this is on my mind.

dreams are not real @BlueBay, even though they feel soo real , I have had lots of drems which have been frightening and real and then to wake up xoxo

Hey @BlueBay I had a dream I was k*lled by someone. It was very real, engaging all the senses. However I woke up and while I was disturbed by it for some time, the feeling has passed.
Interestingly I also have dreamt of being in an earthquake (something I am intensely afraid of). I didn't interpret the dream in the traditional method. I took it as a message that I am a survivor of my fears, that I won't let them overwhelm me.
Perhaps it is a similar message for you?

thanks for your reply. There are probably a few interpretations of that dream. I am very fearful of my fears. I still feel like the victim nit the survivor.

I had a very unsettling emotional dream last night.
first dream - I was at my doctors telling him he had to wrap my cut hands up with a bandage. But he was telling me there's no cut. I was insisting they were cut and needed medical attention. He ended up sending me to hospital because I was also dissociating.
second dream - I was with my elderly parents who had just signed a contract buying a new home. Then I was at a house that I was going to buy. But as I moved closer to a particular wall to see the garden that side of the wall stsrted swaying. I ran back to my parents crying telling them I csnt buy this house. It was distressing me so much.
third dream - as a result of these dreams I ended up in a mental health unit of hospital. Non stop crying.
very unsettling dreams. Not sure what to interpret. I know we all have strange dreams that can affect us.
What a night!!!

yes dreams can be really upsetting and to try and remember that they are only dreams
i have had lots of dreams and some i did not like at all , even to wake up out of the dream and i have tears in my eyes xoxo
