@Former-Member I hope today is a new day for you. Please persist with your meds. We all have days like this where our lives are in turmoil. Please do keep reaching out to people until this has passed. There is always fresh beginnings and you will see better days! You are just caught up in a maelstrom of mental pain and emotions which is clouding your judgement. If you can be with people who love and care about you it makes all the difference. I hope that in some small way my acknowledgement makes you feel there is some hope and a way to ride this difficult thing through. I don't really know anyone as I live in a semi regional district but yes I do go through the same things as you and have known sad days such as this. Be strong and know that everything always changes and there will be better days on the horizon for you. Your life is precious and you are worthy of so much more than just getting-by. Your life is everything. Sending a big virtual hug your way.

It really was the case of missing meds bringing me down. A long way down.

Case of missed my meds for a little while and GOSH did I feel it. It's like I was in the depths of hell in only a few days. I just can't cope with feeling bad anymore, I just can't do it.

i know what you mean re missing meds - it can be the worst pile of crap, but i am glad to hear you have on them now and it's okay @Former-Member

I actually get your thread via a digest each night, so I follow what you get up to........ I've just not read it for a few nights.
Also.... is outlander around these days? I usually get her in my digest too but I haven't seen her for a few days.
