Disabled bodied people are in loving relationships that last. You have a body & all of it, don't you? You sound handsome to me, because I can only see your beautiful heart. I know that others see your heart too. Maybe stop looking at Meds, & side effects, & in time when you have some positive med changes, & you have achieved something that makes you see who you really are, then the rite woman will just be there, hey? Good idea, do you think/agree 🙂 xo If you want it to happen then it will, I have been here 8 years all alone struggling, I still struggle, I still have injuries that I may never recover fully from. I have only my DSP to survive on, yet I look after 11 rescue animals, myself, all my needs, & no one helps me. I have no car, no family here, & only 1 friend whom I never see or hear from unless I phone him. Yet I have not given up hope. I take 15 meds per day, just help me cope, & survive this chronic pain & MI. Can you see, a picture I am painting here to help you, Eude? If I can do it, so can you, bye the way, my body isn't perfect either, far from it, yet it's what I have & after the close brush with, being permanently Paralysed from the neck down, & major spinal surgery recently, I am not going to give up on life, no ,way!

Well, the most amazing thing has happened, last nite, my friend from USA phoned me & talked to me for over i hour. I also had my Male Friend Darren call in for a visit, I was in my PJ's no makeup hair messy in a pony tail, & Darren could not keep away from me, all close & loving. He stayed about 90 mins sat rite next to me this time & when leaving hugged me & rubbed my back lovingly, smelt my neck again while hugging me , let me go then grabbed me again & repeated the whole thing again. All while sitting on my from set near the door with the lite off, & when he stood up to go. I said to him that I need love (not sex) & he said that he is coming back soon & bringing his tool box to put my new row machine for me. I was totally floating after all that sincere closeness, & love, & care from my best male friend who is really gorgeous inside & out! How about that, he knows nothing about me being on RSVP. Looks like we are getting together very soon, I will let you know!!

Hey guys, great to see this thread has really taken off. sorry I have been a bit absent. Got really sick and then busy when I got back to work. Will write more soon. @Former-Member, sounds like you are having some good experiences. You have to kiss a lot of frogs to find you prince on RSVP....:)

Hi @Former-Member, how's it all going with the dating? You seem to have a few on the go...

I'm a bit flat - still getting over my last rsvp debacle which was a guy who said I mean the universe to him but turned out he was only interested in sex. Went on for 3 months as he lived in a different city. Was all a bit devastating.

Anyway, hope all is well in your life. xx F
