Where to get help?

Where to get help?

I'm really confused tonight. I don't want to hurt anyone but I'm scared. I can't talk to my local gp due to conflict of interest and I don't know who to talk to

Re: Where to get help?

Hi @Jessten

I don't think I've seen you around before, so welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling confused and scared about hurting someone.

Have you tried contacting a support service before?

As @outlander has mentioned, the SANE Help Centre is available until 10 pm and the following services are available 24/7 to offer support:

Lifeline: 13 11 14 or Crisis Chat
Suicide call back service: 1300 659 467 or online counselling
Samaritans: 135 247
If in immediate danger: 000

I am also sending you an email to check in. Please keep reaching out @Jessten
