Helpline just made things worse
I was in a state where i needed a helpline, i dont normally ring but i was distressed enough to ring and it made it worse 😞 and now im struggling to regain any control at all

I dont know @BlueBay i dont feel well. Staying close to a toilet im case things come up.

Ok best you stsy near the toilet if you feel sick. Wish I could help you more. What about having a sleep with some soft music on to relax you.

I cant sleep in the day but im not sure why not even in a dark room but after this load of washing finishes, i could lay down for a little while..
