I thought it was a good title to start a discussion with other members. I am feeling really irriratable of late. I am worried my depression is on its way back. I have to look at ways at managing and expressing my feelings. Its so hard to get the words out and to express what is happening for me.

I wonder about the same things @TAB. I'm only prepared to take this medication. I hear what you're saying and I think they're handed out too readily.

I'm not swimming much at all, I think you have mistaken me for someone else re cold & hot showers. In the past I had done it but I don't think I have spoken about it here though. It might be something I do when it warms up a bit. I am getting there @TAB. I think I need to be careful of my circle of friends.
