I thought it was a good title to start a discussion with other members. I am feeling really irriratable of late. I am worried my depression is on its way back. I have to look at ways at managing and expressing my feelings. Its so hard to get the words out and to express what is happening for me.

Thank you @BlueBay @Faith-and-Hope for your messages. I think my body is telling me to take it easy. I have been through a tough time with Milo. On Tuesday my a dear friend is having an operation and it is serious and not sure if she will be okay, she may pass away. Tomorrow I am seing her maybe for the last time. We have been friends for fourteen years. We do speak every day on the phone. I am hoping for the best for her.

I'm doing okay @Faith-and-Hope. Slept on and off today. Just started making a stir fry for dinner. Its harder with Milo- his feeding tube fall out. He is not liking his diet as much and much harder to give medication. The little girl (Kira) is doing great. I will give her half the chicken stir fry. My friend did well today- her operation is tomorrow at 1pm and it is a very long procedure anything up to 15 hours. I'll just finish off making the dinner. Hope your day was good.

I'm feeling a bit tired. I had the plumber in today and he fixed the mixer tap and coming back in a few days to fix the outlets to hot water service and aircon. I didn't get to sleep until 1am and slept through until 7am. I'm mowing the lawn soon and then heading out to get a few things for Milo.
I am here for a little while if anyone wants to talk about anything..
