From sunrise to sundown I struggle to shake this frown

From sunrise to sundown I struggle to shake this frown

So I'm on day 4 of a comedown from a manic episode that I didn't know I was in until I came to. The feelings of regret I feel from what I said and did is really effecting me, and my wife. I take my medication regulary and still not being able to regulate my moods. Feeling confident and having high energy was my old self now when I feel like that I'm going to have to question it as I could be manic. Also if any wife out there of a husband who has type 1 bipolar could any advice to my wife that will be greatly appreciated. I'm worried about her. Kind regards

Hi @frog

Thanks for the advice, I learnt the hard way coming off meds. I convinced my pdoc to come off them but it caused a small relapse.

Trying to keep my chin up in a very unstable environment is effecting my anxiety.

Can't wait for this mood to lift, thanks for the support.

Hi @Bunniekins

Thanks for your support. I will work out a way to handle the conversation about the constant need for the doctors. If it's going to be a constant battle to maintain concentration I'm really going to find the rest of my life really difficult. I'm sure I'll get through it though.

Kind regards
