Mr Darcy had another dose reduction this week. On Wednesday he said something that he used to say pre crisis that perhaps has early warning alarm bells ringing.

Have let treating team know we are open to discussion around dose of med that Mr D is tapering. Need to understand more around monitoring threshold. The alternatives is the same class of meds are just as bad if not worse.
