hello,

i’m struggling. i’m trying to cope, but it’s so hard and every little step costs so much energy and then i get exhausted and don’t know how to go on. so tired.

Hello @Former-Member - firstly I love the name you have chosen. It is very easy for me to remember and to spell. Lol.
I'm sorry you are struggling so hard today. How long has this been going on? Do you have support around you? Family friends mental health specialists?
I hope your medication has helped take the edge off of your feelings.
If you'd like some virtual company tonight - there will be lots of people on the Friday Night Feast thread. Where people share what they are eating (in the virtual world) & the atmosphere is similar to going out to dinner with a group of friends, where there is lots of conversation. It may help take your mind off things for a while
