Re: Confused
Hi @Angels333,
Sorry you are having a hard time of it. Is it anxiety that is bothering you again today as it was the other night on the forum? When I'm anxious I sometimes use breathing techniques to help me calm down. Going for a walk. Taking a bath. These are just a few ideas since I don't know much detail about what you are feeling right now or what you might have tried before to assist with it. Maybe talking about it more might be of help to you. Wishing you well.

Re: Confused
Yes, it is anxiety. I'm watching tv with my husband and daughter which helps. I don't want to be ungrateful in life but I just find things difficult to understand.

Re: Confused
That sounds nice to be relaxing with husband and daughter. We have the Edinburgh Tattoo on at the moment (ABC). What's on at your place? Feel free to talk more about the confusion and what may be giving rise to it if you wish. Here listening and hoping the confusion and anxiety ease for you.

Re: Confused
@Angels333 I'm not really into the Edinburgh Tattoo but partner is so I'm letting him. I often end up on the computer with the TV on in the background. Whenever you want to talk more, we're here. 🙂

It's great that your Doctor has noticed and wants to take action. You don't deserve this exhaustion and anxiety.
Are there any strategies or techniques that relieve the symptoms (even for a short time?)
Or do any members have any strategies they can share?
