Hello @Wanderer Just wanted to say I get the whole Christmas now versus then thing. My family was ruptured 5 years ago in November. That first Christmas after was so painful. We were so bereft for what was lost. It will never be the same, but is a bit easier as years pass. I've tried to go simple, but still have a little celebration with my two kids. I'm more tied up with end of school and study rush. My son has lots of events because he has just finished year 10. I'm also not good in the heat. It really saps my energy and I feel extremely weary. Hope today brings some joy, however small. Take care friend.

I am very sorry to hear of your pains and health issues is there specialists that can help you to get better,?

Thanks 4 your concern and support I have follow ups with 2 surgeons for hips pains over 2 yrs now made me miserable and bought on depression I cry a lot as at 40s I can't believe I was active working sociable and now all is a uncertainty.hows your health?

Hang in there @Wanderer at least you have dr etc sorted. its not good to be in pain either, but do what you have to
