I am- Overwhelmed & Traumatised I need your support!!

I have realised why I am like I am, I have had one traumatic life changing experience after another in my life. I looked in the mirror & went into shock as I didn't recognize myself. I have been running on near empty now for many years. The whole experience which led up to the Major life saving Spinal Surgery, which I had 15 month ago, has drained & frightened me so much that I am concerned about everything now. My family & any friends I ever had are distant, & have no sincere care or understanding for me, they do not care. I am all alone & not knowing what to do about anything, the nitmares, anxiety attackes, & feelings of not coping, can be crippling? Can you understand & relate to what I have shared, & would you like to help in some way, by sharing anything that I can use too, that will help?

Thank you, both of you for your, love, friendship, & support! 🙂

I ended up talking to a, Beautiful Lady, from LifeLine, this morning at 7:30 AM. I am very sick with this cold, & warn out from all the Trauma, & emotional stress, with no help & so isolated.

The Lady was wonderful to talk to, she advised me to phone- The Red Cross, in my area as they will help me. I phoned The Red Cross Services, at 9:30 AM. The lady there was also so supportive, caring, & kind to me. I am going to receive help from The Red Cross Services. They will help me with some, Volunteer house work, & a Volunteer to come & take me out for coffee & lunch, when I would like them to, phone me daily & say hi, & see if I am ok, plus outings, & maybe some hobby groups, for social time.

How about that, I would never have known about, The Red Cross Services.

I am feeling much better now emotionally, just run down physically. I will build up my health again, I know what I need to do.

I never knew about The Red Cross Services, to help people like that, they are under rated, for some reason?

I told the Lady from Life Line about the lack of support, & care from my so called family, she was very compassionate, & very calming & loving lady. I have been Blessed by you, & her, & Red Cross, now! :)

Did you receive any Birthday presents, if so, what were you given, if you don't mind me asking, as its fun to receive a present.

Theres many charities and oganisations that go under the radar even though they do alot. Most think the red cross is just blood dontations.
I recieved some cards with abit of money in it. Itll go towards paying to fix my car

Yes, I agee with you about the charities after this experience, & wow I am so happy you were given some money to help you, how wonderful!! You deserve it & more as far as I'm concerned!!
