I am- Overwhelmed & Traumatised I need your support!!
I have realised why I am like I am, I have had one traumatic life changing experience after another in my life. I looked in the mirror & went into shock as I didn't recognize myself. I have been running on near empty now for many years. The whole experience which led up to the Major life saving Spinal Surgery, which I had 15 month ago, has drained & frightened me so much that I am concerned about everything now. My family & any friends I ever had are distant, & have no sincere care or understanding for me, they do not care. I am all alone & not knowing what to do about anything, the nitmares, anxiety attackes, & feelings of not coping, can be crippling? Can you understand & relate to what I have shared, & would you like to help in some way, by sharing anything that I can use too, that will help?

I found this link this afternoon this is why I cam into SF to post it & see if you liked he album, as I slept with Rock music playing all nite a few days ago, I had it down low & I lovec it. Not this album but this is Guns n Roses, my boyfriend that passed away. loved Guns n Roses He was a beautiful person. Past gone but he never hurt me or abused me like others I have met. Anyway, I hope you like this Album, I am posting.

Yes Glenn was such a wonderful loving man & best friend. He always made me laugh & we went everywhere together & my mum loved him. He was from Parkes & was sent down here for the rehab as drugs made him sick. I met him & just knew he would be my best friend. But he had an accident that took his l..e & I was absolutely shattered att. I may sketch him would you like me to? @outlander

He sounds wonderful @Former-Member You cant share the sketch here as itll be possibly identifying unfortunately. But im sure he was lovley.
Im starting to fade here abit so my posting might slow... i am proud of you and i hope your proud of you. You got through a panic attack, reached out for help, calmed and giggle!

You go to slep I will be ok I'm going to listen to the Album with Ruby & Eva one of my kitties, she is sitting on the arm rest of my chair while I type to you. Sorry to hear your lover passed away. It is bittersweet to think about them. You can think of the good times, but then grieve and miss them.
I am glad that you might get some medical relief from a new doctor who is looking into things for you.

Thank you @Appleblossom, I appreciate you & your care. He was seriously the most suited to me, out of the other boyfriends in my life. I just wonder had he not had that accident, that we would have gotten married & had a nice life together? All he wanted was to be my Husband, & we have a child, and in the future, he could be like is Grand Pop, to his Grand child . He was such a sweet man, & he was turning 30 the same year he passed on. 😞

I have found so many aspects of grief over the years. But be careful not to let it bring you into distress that it did not bear the fruit that the relationship promised.
I am learning to be practical and self caring in my remembering. I cant control it all, re dreams and unpleasantness and and reactions, but trying to keep postive and my head above water.

That's excellent advise, I will try & practise that, life can be cruel, yet on the other hand, life can be wonderful, & beautiful. There seems to be a fine line between, happiness, & grief, due to the unknown. Being prepared for the unknown, is the hard part, as far as I'm concerned. Seeing my own strength, & who I really am, is what I am learning through the trials, & pain I am living through, & with. A Forum like this one, is where I am learning more about, people, love, & acceptance, than any other place that is off the Internet, in my life.
