For a while I have tried to find a thread I had started when I joined the forum that could be a "home" thread for me.
Being busy about the forum has been a coping style, where I can acknowledge all my different life experiences that had been silenced. Possibly do some good and prevent things from getting worse. Like the little boy with the finger in the dyke.

I am doing dishes and little tidy and working out what to give to my nephew who is coming for lunch tomorrow.
Came up with pumpkin soup and cream ... cos of keto ... and salad and rolls.
Will ni=p out to shop as need to add a little more pumpkin to soup.
Oh dear "n-ip" is not on acceptable language list. I have worked so hard to use shorter words, not be so formal and big wiordish, and now you tell me I cant ....

There are lots of variations, @outlanderIts easiest to cook it with skin on first, then it just peels off. I am looking forward to having it with cream, as for so long we have been reducing fat, but now its required ... to lose weight ... who would have thought ...
