For a while I have tried to find a thread I had started when I joined the forum that could be a "home" thread for me.
Being busy about the forum has been a coping style, where I can acknowledge all my different life experiences that had been silenced. Possibly do some good and prevent things from getting worse. Like the little boy with the finger in the dyke.

Head pain is getting to me a lot lately.
Is it a migraine or a headache, its long and never ending.
With past SH I can never tell anymore.
I know I can relax and look at the plants and smell the roses... just saying ....

Thanks @Shaz51 it is a bit long lasting and I always have so many other things to discuss that the headaches do not even get a mention.
@Jynx Ha ha ... my scented ones are waiting for the next bloom and the tall ones do not have a scent (I was talking metaphorically) I deadheaded it and filled a vase for dining table.
