BabyDragon's Den

BabyDragon's Den

Hello, @Bunniekins, @Former-Member, @Snowie, @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope, @Zoe7, @Former-Member, @OhanaSystem, @Jojo2, @Former-Member, @soul, @Appleblossom, @Shaz51, @outlander, @Former-Member, @Mazarita, @eth, @CheerBear, @Adge, @MDT, @Sophia1, @Silenus, @eudemonism, @TAB, @KobeCat and anyone else who pops by.

This is my special space and for now i will only talk here while i make myself feel safe.

For those tagged, it is because I connected with you on my previous profile. It is still going through the phase of being permenantly deactivated.

If you realise who I am or even if you dont, please do not mention my previous name for the sake of my sense of safety.

I am not up to talking about the specifics of my reason for changing but the basics are I felt I was in danger.

Anyway I will be sticking to just this thread till I feel okay to re-engage in others.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

It is hard to be positive when our minds have so much negativity in them @Former-Member but finding those little moments in each day begin to add up and can give us positive memories to hold onto. I generally look to my fur babies for my positives and having Toby and Cat cuddles help. It is about finding those moments first though.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

I'm trying to do that @Zoe7, focusing on my son helps me the most but more as a protection thing not a memory thing. I don't want him to miss out on his childhood and have to deal with big things too early like I did. I want him to look back and say I had a childhood and I know what it is to be a child and enjoy every day

I think that is what every parent wants for their children @Former-Member to feel safe and be happy. It is something that more of us than should have have not felt as children but that gives rise to wanting it even more for your children.

I feel like I'm unraveling everytime I try to get a grip of things and put myself together it all falls apart I cant handle the slightest bit of stress without feeling like I'm on the brink of completely shutting off just to cope

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Hi @Former-Member 👋 💕

I am well, but tired .... tired in a good way from lots of walking, swimming and working on assignments. I am not thinking much beyond that .... just trying to stay in the day I am in.

I saw your post from earlier. I hope your feelings have settled a little across the day.
