BabyDragon's Den

Hello, @Bunniekins, @Former-Member, @Snowie, @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope, @Zoe7, @Former-Member, @OhanaSystem, @Jojo2, @Former-Member, @soul, @Appleblossom, @Shaz51, @outlander, @Former-Member, @Mazarita, @eth, @CheerBear, @Adge, @MDT, @Sophia1, @Silenus, @eudemonism, @TAB, @KobeCat and anyone else who pops by.

This is my special space and for now i will only talk here while i make myself feel safe.

For those tagged, it is because I connected with you on my previous profile. It is still going through the phase of being permenantly deactivated.

If you realise who I am or even if you dont, please do not mention my previous name for the sake of my sense of safety.

I am not up to talking about the specifics of my reason for changing but the basics are I felt I was in danger.

Anyway I will be sticking to just this thread till I feel okay to re-engage in others.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Rambling can be good @Former-Member ...... it gets the thoughts out where we can hear (see) them and it helps us to better recognise them, order them, sort them ..... whatever we have to do ...... and we are hear to listen to each other .......

Consider writing your nan a note maybe ? Even if it’s just to say, “I know I have been quiet, but I am thinking of you .... just wanted to let you know ....”

You might be able to find a card that says things that you want to, but can’t find the words yourself ...... or a poem .....

Re: BabyDragon's Den

@Faith-and-Hope, I took your advice, I brought a card that said thinking of you and wrote inside explaining that I have had a lot on my mind and it has been hard to keep in touch but just wanted you to know I love you so much. I sent it before I could second guess myself but now I'm not sure if it is enough or if she will understand as I have not told anyone in my family about my mental health struggle just my partner a few close friends and my medical professionals know I can count on one hand the amount of people who know my full story and its taken years for me to trust enough to let them know
On a positive note I got my ds back today so once my son is asleep I'm going to let Sarah out for a while (if she is the one who emerges) but if I'm playing the ds when I switch it's usually her I got her a new game today

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Pink dragon (Sarah) is fun to hang out with @Former-Member - I hope it is her that comes out as I know she causes you less grief also

Re: BabyDragon's Den

That is all so lovely @Former-Member ..... good for you that you s by the card ..... a little is better than nothing from someone who would love to hear from you. I hope you get a card back .....

And so lovely that you buy Pink Dragon new games ...... 💕

Maybe the one who gives you grief would respond to a gift ? Just a thought. She might be so troublesome because she feels unwanted or something ..... have you considered a peace offering ? If she is young, she might respond to that positively, or at least beutrally to start with.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Yes my pink Dragon loves it but my 'red Dragon' does not I have tried it before I know that she finds it difficult to understand why she is an alter and not a main she is young but not as young as my pink and blue dragons she understands what we are to an extent but has trouble with other aspects of our condition

Re: BabyDragon's Den

hey there @Former-Member

Thanks for tagging me in your den.

Meds are always a challenge in my experience. I sometimes find that taking them at the exact same time every day can really help. That way your body can expect them at a certain time.

Hanging onto a thread. Yeah I know the feeling.

Hope today goes okay for you
