BabyDragon's Den

BabyDragon's Den

Hello, @Bunniekins, @Former-Member, @Snowie, @Former-Member, @Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope, @Zoe7, @Former-Member, @OhanaSystem, @Jojo2, @Former-Member, @soul, @Appleblossom, @Shaz51, @outlander, @Former-Member, @Mazarita, @eth, @CheerBear, @Adge, @MDT, @Sophia1, @Silenus, @eudemonism, @TAB, @KobeCat and anyone else who pops by.

This is my special space and for now i will only talk here while i make myself feel safe.

For those tagged, it is because I connected with you on my previous profile. It is still going through the phase of being permenantly deactivated.

If you realise who I am or even if you dont, please do not mention my previous name for the sake of my sense of safety.

I am not up to talking about the specifics of my reason for changing but the basics are I felt I was in danger.

Anyway I will be sticking to just this thread till I feel okay to re-engage in others.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Other older one might be angry about something Pink Dragon ...... but that is not your worry Hon ..... the bigger people will work their problems out with time and some help from their counsellors (helping-people who are doctors) .....

My kids like ds, but they are grown up now, and like to play computer games more. They play card games too sometimes.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

I am not allowed on the computer I accidentally made it sick and card games are hard with too many rules I like the ds pokemon because it is fun and easy

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Hi @Faith-and-Hope
Hope pink dragons questions werent a bother, surprised that said some of the stuff she did while it is all true not sure I'm comfortable with her discussing some of it but I also dont know how to stop her doing it. The one she mentioned by name is the youngest both her and pink dragon help in ways that can be hard to explain while the other one just causes pain and chaos so I dont really mention her as she doesnt come out unless my thoughts are dark
And yes the ds is the one thing that she is happy with she talks on here with my phone as she put a virus on my laptop and still not sure how and she cheats at card games and board games

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Pink Dragon’s questions didn’t bother me at all @Former-Member .....

Was it you who spoke about wanting to journal with your alters ? What does your counsellor say ? It is likely you will need help to manage the “angry” one until she is better able to manage her own feelings and communicate or co-operate with the rest of you .....

Re: BabyDragon's Den

@Faith-and-Hope
I have mentioned wanting to journal with them but purple dragon (the youngest) and the 'angry' one can write but only when they want to and pink dragon can type but not write. I have not discussed it with my psych and I also stop my self from switching during sessions not deliberately but I cant seem to help it so my psych has not actually met my alters just heard about them
Im not sure my 'angry' one would want to co-operate

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Even if the angry one doesn’t want to co-operate, you might be able to communicate with her through writing. I know you won’t want to say the name here, but if she has given you a name she goes by, you could address a written communication to her ..... maybe a nice card or something .... and write to her, but maybe check with your counsellor to work out what to do if you get a hostile response.

It sounds like that one has a great deal to talk out, but she will want to feel secure and accepted first, just by what little I know of DID. That is where a specialist’s help is so important.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Ive seen a couple of DID specialists but they have trouble working with littles @Faith-and-Hope and especially when the specialist is male after meeting my youngest he referred me to someone else

Re: BabyDragon's Den

That’s right .... then I asked about a family counsellor for your “inner family”. That would still need to be someone who understood DID though.

Re: BabyDragon's Den

Yeah @Faith-and-Hope sorry its been good talking to you but feeling a little triggered right now because of another post.
I usually look around at who is on and when i see short threads I havent seen before I read through them and some times I start to talk to people who i think i might connect with but I forget that sometimes other peoples stories are triggering just as i am sure mine is for some as well but i am going to log off for the night now
Thanks for talking to us today @Faith-and-Hope
