This is my special space and for now i will only talk here while i make myself feel safe.

For those tagged, it is because I connected with you on my previous profile. It is still going through the phase of being permenantly deactivated.

If you realise who I am or even if you dont, please do not mention my previous name for the sake of my sense of safety.

I am not up to talking about the specifics of my reason for changing but the basics are I felt I was in danger.

Anyway I will be sticking to just this thread till I feel okay to re-engage in others.

One of my kids is on the autism spectrum @Former-Member. You know I call my kids my baby dragons, right ? This one learns songs faster than she learns regular talking .... something about it being set to music .... don’t know if that can help with your autistic littlie..... communication with therapists might be better sung, and perhaps with a children’s therapist ?

Is there any reason why different alters can’t attend counsellors as individuals according to their age, and the counsellors exchange notes to deal with your inner community, along the same lines as family family counselling where children are involved ? Just a thought ..... only answer if you want to .....

My autistic little does communicate through writing although sometimes hard to read but she just doesnt seem to want to talk from what my friend said.
Its an interesting concept I havent thought of before. But one i might look into

Hi @Appleblossom only just seen you post now I have a cream and covering given to me by my dr my partner is getting annoyed with my sh but I dont know how to stop my dr wants me in the hospital till my sh 'phase' is over it actually annoyed me when he used the term 'phase' like discrediting it to a childish act that i will grow out of but he is a good dr and has helped me alot.

Glad you have a decent dr. @Former-MemberMost of mine have said the wrong thing at times, but the important thing is that they care. Maybe you can focus on the part of you that does not want to self harm, even give that a name. Somehow to give you some distance and ability to manage it.

so have seen my doctor yesterday i have a bad chest infection and my older sh has a bacterial infection so on antibiotics for both and and antibiotic cream as well.

my partner and my house mate have made up a contract that they will take on more responsibility with shopping and looking after the kids but i cant use sh as a release my partner has let me buy more stuff for craft and other hobbies to see if it helps and also let me get some more stuff for my littles

so gonna try real hard
