I always feel like im i a nut shell ... fighting daily battles. Non stop. It never ends. I wish i could run away from it but i cant. Im so tired and worn out from life it self.
When will it ever end. I just cant see past it.

It’s tough @Jojo2 .....
My hubby has been though times like that with his illness, but he is a lot more settled with that side of things at the moment.
Can you stick some earbuds in your ears, play music, and be “unavailable” for a while ?
