Seeking mutual support from carers

Seeking mutual support from carers

Reaching out to others who are in a caring role. I look after my mother with multiple health issues, including depression and anxiety. I feel stuck. I can see the signs that the depression has reared its head but my mum doesn't see it. I really struggle when my mum's mental health suffers. I too battle with depression and anxiety. Emotionally, I am all over the place. Hoping there are some others out there who understand what I'm going through.

Re: Seeking mutual support from carers

Thats ok @Bella1978 you dont need to apologisr. You need to take care of you first 💕
Ive realised tonight that i have quite abit if movement in my broken finger splint ao im not sure its tight enough and think recovery might not be as good. I was reading on a site at our local hand specialist for the injury i have its suppose to be 24/7 splint ( even for one slightly older) and i shouldnt be able to move it at all. So need to see gp for a better splint. Mine atm is very basic but my fingers not really straight either and i think its cause thr tape stretches and loosens the splint.
Sorry. Thats a rather stupid worry for 1230 at night.

Have you done any mosaicing?

@outlander
In no way is that a stupid worry luv. Its completely natural to be concerned about your physical health. And i think good to follow up with your gp.

What u up to tomorrow?
