Reaching out to others who are in a caring role. I look after my mother with multiple health issues, including depression and anxiety. I feel stuck. I can see the signs that the depression has reared its head but my mum doesn't see it. I really struggle when my mum's mental health suffers. I too battle with depression and anxiety. Emotionally, I am all over the place. Hoping there are some others out there who understand what I'm going through.

Ahh theres another craft thread too @Bella1978 not just the art one. They do sewing and all sorts on that one I dont think ill be sleeping my hand realy hurts so is keeping me up. Squishy hugs to you too

ok, last one i promise lol ... this is a candle holder i made - a friend ordered it from me to give as a christmas gift. it has 3 sides to it - the candle holders look beautiful when they have the candle in them 🙂 wish i had kept it for myself! haha ... seeing these pics really makes me want to start mosaicing again ....
