@Former-Member It's pretty hard when I do eventually open up I remember what happened when I did prior then too a longgggg time ago. I was attacked!!! I am attacking everyone Hence my song the other day on a music thread.
I don't expect responses and I don't feel left left out I have made it this far on my own and hid what i have been through repetively at times. It does not matter what I do when I don't talk about it I am doing something wrong when I do talk about it I am doing something wrong again
Feeling behind in the world feeling vague feeling exhausted feeling like I want to shut down but thoughts are absolutely everywhere I snapped at my daughter and I am feeling the same I was before I left here today. I can’t cope with this @Zoe7

Can you call your mum and get some help from her @Former-Member I am pretty worried about you tonight - especially if you snapped at your daughter - that is not like you at all Hon.

Re: My journey
Yes it is @Zoe7 anger towards others mostly of what hurt me & anger for not standing up for myself at times or standing up for myself but having it hidden inside and then having it come out on a bad way @Zoe7

Re: My journey
It is natural to feel anger for those things @Former-Member The hardest thing is knowing that we had no choice and that is why we feel anger - we feel like we should have done things differently ourselves and then we would not have been hurt - but others bad actions are not our fault and the only people we hurt know when feeling that angry is ourselves. It is ok to feel as you do but don't turn that inwards and punish yourself Hon

Re: My journey
People say I am strong but I don’t feel strong because I don’t feel like I can get up and stay up @Zoe7 or I just keep faking being to Fake being stable because I know what might happen @Zoe7

Re: My journey
I keep thinking I am overreacting and I get more angry because it’s great I have been getting assistance but at the same time I also feel my privacy is always always spread open but then I do that myself anyway when I open up and can’t control what’s going on with me I am feeling torn @Zoe7
